The items in question were returned to Mr. [redacted]. We also settled on an agreed amount of $88 for the replacement of the coat rack and a check was mailed out to Mr. [redacted] on July 20, 2017.

repairs was giving us the run around and that may not have communicated well.
 
We are very sorry that it took so long to resolve the issues from Mr. [redacted] move.
