Proteam Moving

I called these guys got a quote and had them start the next day. I called and requested to push my appointment time back until 1 hrs later since I needed to do a couple runs. The movers got to my house at around 9:25am and sat outside down the street in a truck. They were supposed to start at 10:00 am they didn't start until 10:18am I had the call the company and tell them their movers were supposed to start already but they were just sitting there. They finally started and things were going well in the first 2hrs and then the slowed down drastically taking way too much time shrink wrapping everything with especially things that didn't need to be shrink wrapped. They took too much time talking also. I was told 4 guys would help me move faster and everything should have been done in 3-4 hrs if they weren't chatting and walking around aimlessly. Mind you these people are getting paid hourly and are dragging the time out moving one piece of furniture at a time. 4.5 hrs later we head to the storage facility and we had to call to get them to come back because they had the wrong address which was my fault due to miscommunication. They took way longer than they should have and drove past the facility and went all the way around to the back and drove up and down an alley way for 10 min wtf. They were stalling for time and we had to tell them to go to the front and they also took way too long to do that. Now they come in the facility and unload at my unit and they made me pay for 5 1/2 hrs of work which in reality it was only 4 1/2 hrs of work minus their mistake and taking too much time driving up and down the street and sitting into the truck way past the start. This was not fair that I was made to pay for their slack. B.S at $204/hrs they need to be held accountable for this st. I wouldn't mind paying if it was actually 5 1/2 hours of actual work but this is completely unacceptable.

Proteam moving Company moved my items from Woodland Hills, CA to Rancho Cucamonga, CA on 1/18/2020 , their service was slow , inadequate, and unprofessional ending up charging me an unfair amount for the move. It took them 6 hours to move items to new place , they did not have enough tools for wrapping items, they were very slow, and at end asking for TIPS . The charge my credit card for $725 which it should have been only for 4 hours at $89 = $356 plus mileage 73 miles one way x2 . Also the mover brook one of the stair and did not pay for it in full and only refunded $35 at the end.
According to my calculation Proteam Moving In, owes me a $220 refund for their unprofessional work, slow work, and inadequate services along with breaking a stair way.
