Refusing to honor the 6-$20 Walmart gift cards that were part of the "Pass of All Passes" promotion from Amazon.
I purchased 6 Pass of All Passes on June 10, 2013, total cost $174.00. Each pass was suppose to come with a $20 gift card to Walmart that was going to take approximately 6 weeks to arrive. I waited the entire summer believing that the gift cards were going to come. I first contacted Seven Peaks Fulfillment by email on November 9, 2013 to find out where my gift cards were. They needed additional information. I supplied them with all six card #'s on November 15, 2013 ([redacted] - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, [redacted] - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, [redacted] - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, [redacted] - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX, Tim - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX & [redacted] - XXXXXXXXXXXXXX). On November 22, 2013 they needed our mailing address - [redacted] Drive, West Jordan, UT 84081. They contacted me again on December 2, 2013 to get redemption codes. I immediately emailed them back (Dec 3, 2013) that I am not sure why this is taking so long and that I no longer have the redemption codes. I have no idea why this is taking so long. They should have the ability to look up my information since they have access to my cards. (I no longer access to that Amazon account since my internet provider has been changed since these Passes were purchased.)
Seven Peaks is refusing to honor their promotion of the $20 gift card that was to come with each pass. The passes cost $29.00 east with additional costs of parking and tube add ons. I spent a lot of money at Seven Peaks this summer. I am extremely upset that they are not honoring their promotion with the gift cards.
I have made every effort that I can to uphold my end of the agreement and feel like Seven Peaks is not holding up their own guarantee.
