To who may concern. I have been using the service of this location on regular basis, some of them, I had noticed that my laundry have been mixed and I have mentioned my concer to the stablishment, as for example I had returned dry cleaned items that does not belong to me or have been tagged improperly.

In my last recollection, I founded that some of my clothes had been missing. I stopped by the location to find if they could located my missing items with no results but to look in my closet and no response or apologies of my issue/concern as an answer. I returned after my work day with the hope that my items had been locate, and instead found a laugh from I guest it's the [redacted] and it wasn't their issue.Desired Settlement: In my opinion, I do think that a stablishment with this improper customer service should not operate as it cant not guarantee and deliver a service as it advertised and the lack of responsibility, or acknowledgment the request of customers.
