I am rejecting this response because:2007 was a long time ago and I have no recollection of the disclosure they say they sent me.  I received a list of fees late last year that was to be effective 1-1-17, which I have scanned and attached.  There are a lot of fees on there but I didn't see a minimum balance fee.

Dear Mr. [redacted], Attached please find a copy of the letter and fee disclosure that was referenced in my original response to your complaint. I apologize for not including it. The Schedule of Fee Changes which you included in your latest communication only reflected those fees which were changing effective on January 1, 2017 and did not reflect fees which were unchanged, including the minimum balance fee. Sincerely, [redacted] Central Texas Area President

I am rejecting this response because:2007 was a long time ago, and I have no recollection of the disclosure they say they sent me. I don't feel that I was properly notified of this fee that they started charging me.  It does no good to send you the disclosure after they start charging the fee.
