Review: With the large T-mobile sign above the store, I mistook the store as an official branch of T-mobile. I requested the 50 dollar a month wireless talk and text plan, and he sold me a 50 dollar SIM card that is not a plan. He charged me a 25 dollar 'card activation' fee. I asked him if there were any other T-mobile stores around, and he told me there is one very far away downtown.I walked out of the shop and saw just down the street was an official T-mobile store. When I went into the real T-mobile store, hoping to use my new SIM card with their smartphones, the T-mobile representative told me my SIM card does not work on their smartphones, and furthermore, there is no phone number within the SIM card. Thus this SIM card was clearly not what I requested.I did not use the product and wished to get a refund but he refused to refund me.Desired Settlement: I wish to get a credit refund.

I recived a letter of Revdex.com... this customer walked in to the store asking for a t-mobile simcard... and he was lookig the phones because he wanted a nokia. which I dont have any.. so he bought the si card with the $50.00 dollars plan.. so its 50 the plan plus 25 the simcard plus tx the total is 81 dollar... his simcard it is active..the phone number is [redacted].. so I dont see that we did something wrong.. so please if anything call back to the sstore thank u
