Review: On January 28, 2014, I placed an order on line with Prospect Village Beauty &Body. The charge is $162.34 and I used my MasterCard. I received a receipt with the receipt number being [redacted]5. On 1/29 I called the Customer Service number ###-###-#### because on the computer screen it indicated that the order would be shipped by Standard Mail; but on the receipt it indicated Shipping Method Not Specified. That number does not indicate the company name. There is just a message stating no one is available and to leave a message. I have left three messages with no response. They have charged my MasterCard however. I then placed two messages with them via their computer instructions. In the telephone messages and the computer correspondence I indicated that I need the items by 2/7/14 and if I could not get the items, I want to cancel the order. Today I decided to contact you because I am not convinced that this company actually is a viable company. When I contacted your site initially it indicated that this company in Tustin could not be found. I am very concerned because they have not responded, they have charged by MasterCard, and now there is a possibility (in my mind) that they are going to use my credit card info without authorization.Desired Settlement: I would appreciate your determining if there is actually this company with a valid business in Tustin, California. If there is, I would appreciate the Revdex.com contacting them with this complaint. If this company does not have a business in Tustin at the address stated on their site, I would appreciate being notified at which time I am going to contact MasterCard.Thank you very much.[redacted]
