Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below Regards, [redacted] I spoke to [redacted] the two days before the my sale date, he wasn't able to process the modification that TWO DAYS before my sale date and on that day I told him to cancel The fact that you have no right to do business here in Hawaii, but you sending flyer to fool homeowners that you can do business here I am naïve and find out you have no right and modification is free of charge When I spoke to [redacted] she told me over the phone that I can cancel and I clearly ask her about the refund if I change my mind and she told me yes I can have my refund since it wasn't process the modification yet and that why I cancel the contract to [redacted] s So if that the case that you guys cant give me my refund maybe Revdex.com will check your right to do business in Hawaii and if you are legit to do business here, and give WARNING about your company to all the homeowners here in Hawaii seeking the same help as I am
