I am rejecting this response because: Prospect auto never agreed to making the correction free of chargeI had asked that they pay for the towing and for the proper repairsI was told that I would be responsible for all costsThat is unacceptable as the vehicle had broke down on my way home from thereIt was their mistake for not properly diagnosing the problem, so it is up to them to fix their mistakeI only wish to hear from them if they are willing to reimburse me for the repairs that I had done at my own auto mechanic shop
