Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below As you can see from my attached documents, Mr***' claim that I have not tried to reach him in completely unfounded The reunion was cancelled on the weekend of June 7th and I immediately emailed Mr [redacted] on June 8th in an effort to make sure that I stayed within the designated time frame I have tried on four separate occasions to reach him by email The email address that I used is the same one listed on his website and the same one that Mr [redacted] used to contact me for payment It seemed to work just fine then I am only able to access one of the phone records that shows that I have tried to reach him by phone at this time My husband has also called from his phone with no luck I have tried to contact him through the link from www.weddings.com that allows messages to be sent All of these efforts were met with no response from Mr*** I find it amazing that he is able to contact me today, since I have contacted the Revdex.com All I would like is my $returned to me in a timely manner, since Mr***' claim that I did not contact him to cancel is not true If Mr [redacted] will refund my $150, I will drop all complaints that I have filed with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]
[redacted] continues to harass me even though she clearly did not follow the rules of the contract. Her husband has threatened that I would not work again and they even got a lawyer to demand a return on the deposit. I informed the lawyer she didn't follow the contract, I owe her nothing. I also told her lawyer if he thinks they have a case I will be happy to settle it in court. I have yet to hear anything from the lawyer or the [redacted]'s.
THIS IS THE FIRST I have heard of the Cancellation. My company has never breached a contract in anyway and I would be happy to refund the deposit had Mrs. [redacted] contacted me. However she never called, emailed or sent written notice. Also, the event was never added to my website so this is not...
accurate to say I removed it.

As you can see from my attached documents, Mr. [redacted]' claim that I have not tried to reach him in completely unfounded. The reunion was cancelled on the weekend of June 7th and I immediately emailed Mr. [redacted] on June 8th in an effort to make sure that I stayed within the designated time frame. I have tried on four separate occasions to reach him by email. The email address that I used is the same one listed on his website and the same one that Mr. [redacted] used to contact me for payment. It seemed to work just fine then. I am only able to access one of the phone records that shows that I have tried to reach him by phone at this time. My husband has also called from his phone with no luck. I have tried to contact him through the link from www.weddings.com that allows messages to be sent. All of these efforts were met with no response from Mr. [redacted]. I find it amazing that he is able to contact me today, since I have contacted the Revdex.com. All I would like is my $150 returned to me in a timely manner, since Mr. [redacted]' claim that I did not contact him to cancel is not true. If Mr. [redacted] will refund my $150, I will drop all complaints that I have filed with the Revdex.com.
