This person first reached out to me on Friday,May demanding someone come out I told him the company closed and I would try next week to find something or someone to simply come out and turn it on properlyHe continued to call Saturday and SundayI am sorry but those are my days off and I told him I would try and get someone out the following week obviously he does not want to listenSummerwind has closed the doors and I am trying to find someone to go look at it and turn it on but when he calls and threatens law suits and acts like this I ? am a little hesitant to do anythingAgain Summerwind is closed and will close the Summerwind Revdex.com account.? Again this system is completely installed and was provided as described I will reach out to him this week when I can find a technician to go turn the system on

Owner did not sepecify on friday anything about next weekHe just stated he would send someone outAlso nobody informedus at all that there was a certain way that the system would have to be turned onwe were told that once aps put in their meter the system would be turned on at that time.? as far as contatcting the owner over the weekend, we had no knowledge that he did not work on sat or sunwe were just looking to get a time or time fram of when we could possilby get some one to get the system workingagain nothing was said about geting someone out the next week so t was not lack of not listening, it was the lack of not stating the informationReason for bringing up law suites was because some? people do not want to listen or do anything and take their time if it is not stated and also because it messed with the contract we had signed for and also voide warrenty for the whole system as wellYes we were contatcted today with a date for someone to turn on the system but ower was rudehe stated the day and time and then just hung up
