I was contacted by my local tax department requesting a form to be filled out pertaining to a pettision filed by this business without my autorazition or request. If this is a mistake by someone at this business then no harm, however if this was intentional I think a serious problem exists..

Review: I signed an application in september 2011. I moved early in 2012 for health reasons.. In june 2014 I received a bill for 725 dollars for taxes collected in 2013/2014. I hadn't received one letter since 2011 from this prior to receiving a bill. I'm a senior citizen and don't understand how they operate. I never received any benefits since I moved in early 2012Desired Settlement: Don't practice billing two and a half years later w/o contact in between

I have negotiate a settlement with this. The situation was making me physical sick.

Their fees are outrageous. They rip the customers by having them signed into a three year contract. The three years is in fine print. They are a bunch of crooks.
