And, we take pride in all the services we have provided to the public and businesses during the past two decades. The customer purchased a radiator on 07/24/2015 and took it to a shady mechanic who had no knowledge of installing a radiator. He sent the customer back and forth several times for no right reason. She would not have had any complaint about our product, had she taken it to a mechanic in an auto repair setting. Her complaint is untrue and false. Therefore, I request you to remove it.
