I had a very bad experience with this company The repairmen are very unprofessional I had a repairman set up an appointment with me to fix a window on January 3, between a.mand p.mAt 12:p.mthe repairman called and said he would be out before and that he would call me minutes before he arrived, which he failed to do When I contacted another employee (***) on January 5, I was told that it was reported to him that the repairman came out and measured my window and it had been ordered When I tried to explain that that no one had arrived at my residence or called me I was ignored I tried to explain to *** that there is a padlock on my side gate so there was no way the repairman could get back there to measure my window *** became upset and said do you want the window fixed or not This company has terrible customer service and does not arrive when they say they will BEWARE!!!!!!!

I had a repairman set up an appointment with me to fix a window on January 3, 2015 between 9 a.m. and 12 p.m. At 12:37 p.m. the repairman called and said he would be out before 5 and that he would call me 45 minutes before he arrived, which he failed to do. When I contacted another employee ([redacted]) on January 5, 2015 I was told that it was reported to him that the repairman came out and measured my window and it had been ordered. When I tried to explain that that no one had arrived at my residence or called me I was ignored. I tried to explain to [redacted] that there is a padlock on my side gate so there was no way the repairman could get back there to measure my window. [redacted] became upset and said do you want the window fixed or not. This company has terrible customer service and does not arrive when they say they will BEWARE!!!!!!!
