Hi Sally and sorry you feel this way. When I received your email there were no details as to what you needed an estimate for, so I emailed you back asking for more details. When you did not respond, I discounted your request as spam. I do receive a ton of requests, and half of them are dead ends where people either never reply or never return phone calls. Your request came via email and responding via email made sense. Had you called and left a message, I would have called back. Once again, I apologize for not meeting your expectations.
