The tenant was charged for a missed bed bug treatment in September, which is allowed for and lined out in the rental agreementBecause he never paid this fee, he did accrue late fees and when it became apparent that he was not going to bring his account current, eviction proceedings commenced in February Missing the treatment is why there is still an infestation and we cannot affect the treatment without proper access to the unitNot having access also keeps our maintenance staff from affecting any other repairsBecause the tenant is on a fixed income and only gets paid once per month, we did approve the payment to be delayed until April 3rdIf the tenant needs to break up the payment into two, there won’t be a problem approving that if he will just communicate the request to the onsite managerAs for the delinquent notices, all notices served on tenants are copied and kept in the tenant fileThere is a record of the notices sent to the tenantWe will go ahead and notify the property manager the he is approved to pay out the balance as half with April rent and half with May rentThe only reason he would be charged a late fee is if the actual rent payment is made late

his forwarding address to do so. In order to do so, he would need to send us a letter, signed and dated by him, providing us with the desired address where he is requesting us to return his $99 security deposit. He can send his letter to us at the address on the first page of this lease (attached).

I am rejecting this response because:
5/11/2015Hello,I am still receiving mail from this company. They are abusing my name and my identity by stating that I am in a contract with them over property> I do no business with this company at all. I do not know who they are. After their constant abuse and illegal business actions, I researched them only to find that they do not exist and are hard to contact by others who have fallen victim to their misdeeds. I have issued a complaint to the Revdex.com to stop them from using my name and identity to manufacture false property dealings. This company needs to be shut down by the legal authorities to make this company cease all actions against innocent people. The only response that is needed from this company is to STOP ALL OF THEIR ACTIONS AND CLOSE THEIR COMPANY DOWN. When I stated to stop contacting me, this did not mean to find other stupid ways of doing so. By continuing this fracas and illegal activity, your company is admitting to FRAUD. To have the audacity to write a request back to the Revdex.com is brave and very inane. I need for this company to stop its illegal activities against any person, place, and/or thing on the planet; shut down its company and activities; and TO STOP CONTACTING ME IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE. JUST STOP YOURSELF FROM DOING ANYTHING. *I am writing in all caps to solidify what I need for you to do since you are hard of hearing and understanding. JUST STOP!P.S. I find this quite interesting how the Revdex.com sends me a letter a week from the day that this company sends me another letter. STOP!
