My 71 year old mother rented a property from this company and when she moved out they sent a list of items they charged out of her deposit that where completely made up. My mother had 7 people that cleaned that home and saw it was left in excellent condition. When I called to speak with them they were rude and hung the phone up. I called back and again they hung the phone up on me. I have never seen a company handle business this way. They took advantage of my 71 year old mother on a fixed income and kept almost all of her deposit.
