property referenced above.    It is understood that the Owner believes while dealing with our Property Manager (no longer with us) misguided her and didn’t disclose the information regarding the Rental Adjustments that were being made to her property.When we work with our clients it is clearly outlined in our 3 page PMA / Property Management Agreement of the following:Section 1: Appointment of Managing Agent Owner hereby appoints Agent as sole and exclusive Agent of owner to market, rent, lease, manage and/or sell the property described upon the terms that will follow.Per the Property Management Agreement, we have the authority to make the adjustments according to to the Market and what the Market will bear.  The market determines how the rental price of the property will be adjusted.  Furthermore, we are still managing the Owner’s property and she is receiving monthly rents in a timely manner from her Tenant in which we placed in the property.
