I lived in my apartment for 3 years. I always paid my rent and water bills on time. When I moved out we tried to match the paint to cover any scuff marks on the wall, figuring after 3 years they would be obligated to paint the apartment anyway. Well of course not!! They dinged me for the paint not matching and charger me over $900 to paint. We had scrubbed that house from top to bottom and I know in that neighborhood, houses were left in much worse shape. We were really counting on that deposit being returned to us for the next place. So if you rent from these crooks, do yourself a favor and just write off your deposit and don't bother cleaning. They are going to take your deposit anyway. PNP, you should be ashamed...
