Property Management Consultants Inc

I live in a gated community. Property Management Consultants oversees our Home Owners Association. I called them several times and left messages, never received a return phone call. Today a human actually answered the phone and I told her my concern. Her exact quoted response was, "Who cares?" The community is in violation of the watering restrictions and only needs to change the timer for the irrigation system. She said, "Who is going to know and who is going to report it?" Totally unprofessional, rude and not customer service orientated.
