Property Home Management

All our homes are sold as is and fixer uppers. Our contract states all monies collected are 100% non-refundable, and that the purchaser must see the home before signing the contract. He has not contacted us since his last payment and we are due payments. Our contracts also say in no refunds....

The city told us the grass needed to be cut and we went by the home and cut the grass yesterday. He tore up all the floors and threw the garbage outside and we took care of that also. He is welcome to call the office. He still owes on the property.
