Review: Owner of company Tom t, submitted a report to simoniz that failed to articulate full extent and facts related to seat stains that Simoniz guaranteed to be able to remove or they would replace. This company apparently reported stains were not recent. He never asked about the timing of or the most recent stains rather apparently reporting the stains to the seat occurred over time, hence failing to report on or inquire about recent stains. His report was used to deny claim.Desired Settlement: Rescind report submitted to simonize and resubmit and correctly report stains included recent stains and could not be removed even after steam cleaning was attempted.
