Proper-T- Management

En la fecha del 1 de Mayo de 2016 entregamos la propiedad rentada al Sr. Alberto Guida (Realtor). Ese mismo dia solicitamos el recibo final del servicio de agua el cual es administrado por proper-t-management, Inc. y el Sr. Philip Doyle. Una ves recibido la facture nos pencatamos de que estaba cobrando cancelation fee de $50.00, el (realtor) se puso en contacto con Philip y el le indico qur pagaramos la diferencia que sumo $443.56, dicho pago se realize, pero nunca hemos recibido el deposito de $125.00, hemos llamado en un sinnumero de ocaciones sin respuesta

On the date of May 1, 2016, we gave the rented property to Mr. Alberto G (Realtor). That same day we requested the final receipt of the water service which is managed by proper-t-management, Inc. and Mr. Philip D. Once we received the invoice we thought that he was charging a cancellation fee of $50.00, the (realtor) contacted Philip and he told him to pay the difference that we was $ 443.56, that payment was made, but we never received the deposit. $ 125.00, we have called in a number of times with no answer
