Proper Remodel and ***/*** did shoddy work, bringing drug users to my home and destroying our home further than the damages from Hurricane Harvey. We hired them for a repair and now we have lost nearly $200k. ALL work has to be redone. We are near bankruptcy due to the fraud and theft. Sub contractors have advised us they removed our materials for his other jobs. *** is a scammer and should not be trusted under any circumstances.

I am a 70 yr old displaced victim of Hurricane Harvey trying to recover and get back into my home but have been victimized and defrauded of $33,186.18 to repair my home by *** of Proper Remodels & Construction LLC.

*** Leger, at *** who says resides in Nederland Tx with a Dallas TX phone number supposedly, a contractor has breached the contract by not completing the work in a timely manner, lying, deceiving, and using unreputable, chemically dependent workers to work at my home. I feel disillusioned, betrayed, and taken advantage of by *** Leger.

Attached to this letter is a copy of the contract and cashiers checks paid to him.
