[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I called the company several times letting them know that the problem still exist I pay my service charge but all I got was the run around I contact the [redacted] company that select the Plumbing company and told them the situation they were no helpWhen I try to get the Plumbing company to fix the problem they say it not their responsibility and when I contact [redacted] companythey stated it not their responsibilityBut Both companies took my money and no one is responsible To fix my toilet, I pay $service fee to the Plumbing CompanyI pay $to [redacted] for fixing the same toilet, that I was informed that they gave to the Plumbing company for during the work on my toilet Again both companies DID NOT FIX my toilet For the unfixed toiletI paid $to the Plumbing Company and to [redacted] , I paid $for the unfixed toilet, $cancellation fee$monthly feeSo the total cost for an unfixed toilet was $365, The money I paid is stated by [redacted] in their response to Revdex.com I have file a complaints with both companies with the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I called the company several times letting them know that the problem still exist.  I pay my service charge but all I got was the run around.  I contact the [redacted] company that select the Plumbing company and told them the situation they were no help. When I try to get the Plumbing company to fix the problem they say it not their responsibility and when I contact [redacted] company. they stated it not their responsibility. But Both companies took my money and no one is responsible.  To fix my toilet, I pay $45 service fee to the Plumbing Company. I pay $135 to [redacted] for fixing the same toilet, that I was informed that they gave to the Plumbing company for during the work on my toilet.  Again both companies DID NOT FIX my toilet.  For the unfixed toilet. I paid $45 to the Plumbing Company and to [redacted], I paid $135 for the unfixed toilet, $75 cancellation fee. $110 monthly fee. So the total cost for an unfixed toilet was $365,00.   The money I paid is stated by  [redacted] in their response to Revdex.com.  I have file a complaints with both companies with the Revdex.com.

Review: There were several issues with this company:- Poor workmanship performed on broken waterpipes (parts used broke within 2 weeks of "repair")- Workers and company deliberately misled about what work was done on the pipes- There was no price breakdown provided for service call fee, parts costs and labor on receipt or verbal explanation- Company charged twice for service callDesired Settlement: Requesting refund as I do not want this company to perform any additional work on my property. This is because they fraudulently claimed work was performed when it wasn't, could not give a good explanation of why the bill was so high, and performed shoddy work in the first place.
