Review: I entered the garage on Saturday 1/**/14 at apprx 3:56 pm. Upon entering I asked the attendant if he was affiliated with Waterside Plaza. He mumbled yes, and we went to park. We drove up to the second floor as instructed and immediately turned around. As two young girls with two small children we did not feel safe parking there. It was dark and not well lit. We went to walk downstairs and ask if we could move our car to the first level that is open to the street. Trying to get downstairs was another problem, a we walked down half a flight and the rest of the stairs were blocked off with a chain. We then turned around and went back upstairs- headed all around the garage for additional stairs. Finally, we found more stairs and came down and explained our situation. The attendant said we could NOT move to the first floor. At that point we said fine, we would move to another garage. We walked all the way back up the stairs to our car and we went to our car to leave. When we went to leave they told us it would be $30 to leave. We were there for a total of 16 minutes. We never left the garage. This is unfair.Desired Settlement: $30 credit on my American Express.
