He water pump leak that *** is talking about is and intermittent leak, and was not leaking when he originally came inI looked under the [redacted] and saw fluid on the power steering rackand he made an appointment for us to replace the steering rackafter the repair was done he brought the [redacted] back and left it with us because it was still leakingwe did not get the [redacted] to leak that timewe left it in our shop over night but it did not leave any puddles on the floor and every thing was drywhen he returned we found a coolant leak at heater hoses and replaced themthat was the other repair that he was talking aboutwe have not charged him for that I am still holding that billhe then returned when it was leaking and this time we saw it leaking out of the water pumpthe parts we replaced were leaking but *** is right we did not solve his original complaint*** has been good customer of ours for a long time so I will refund his repair for $ Thank you [redacted]
