Review: I bought a dress from a Pronovias sample sale and was told that all dresses were flown in from Spain and were floor models. I bought a dress that was slightly tight on the hips and the Pronovias salesperson let me know that I would be able to alter it. 3 months before my wedding, I went to a Pronovias recommended tailor who told me that the dress was already altered, and therefore nothing could be adjusted. Barbara d* B[redacted] (store director) was completely unresponsive, and another manager, Sarah V[redacted] didn't deny that they sold me a useless dress - only told me that she would not help.Desired Settlement: I would like Pronovias to acknowledge that they sold me a dress that could have never been used. There are countless negative customer service reviews posted on [redacted] and I believe that they take advantage of customers without any accountability. I believe that I deserve a full refund for the dress that should have never been sold to me in the first place and some sort of response from the store director who seems to be hiding behind junior team members who are not helpful.
