We had an installer and a company representative out to meet with Mr*** on Tuesday Jan6th, they went over all of the issues he had. The installer will be going back out to tthe Bay window to the soffit, put (2) new re-ordered windows into the bath & computer room, and fix all
minor service issues such as caulking and capping. In agreement with Mr*** these things will be taken care of when there is a break in the weather. Compensation will be discussed with him when work is completed to his satisfaction. *** ***, Empire Window
