This agency is a scam. They made reservations for us to get rid of our timeshare. We made appointment to meet to get our time share off our hands. Come to find out after paying our money that they are part of a timeshare scam. Do not do business with these people.
This customer contracted us to get them out of their timeshare obligation which we have done for many customers in the past. Sometimes the resorts will take them back and we transfer the title back to them and sometimes we have to use an attorney to transfer the title to someone else who would like to take it over. This process takes time and the customer was not patient enough. They called us to cancel and at that time we offered them a full refund (as we do to any unsatisfied customer) but they had already disputed the charge on their credit card and received a full refund.
