I received an order of a custom designed product from this company that did not match my design and they refused to remake or issue me a refund I paid this company for a custom designed product and apprived a design in silver and gold, I was sent a neon green product when I pointed out the error to the customer service rep it took over a week to get a response and I was told they would not remake it or give me a refund
