I am rejecting this response because: it has now been since September of to receive the product paid forI've attempted to get the product or a refund many times since thenI keep getting told "it is in press now " or "the machines are down and can't complete the order" or "we are putting a rush on it"I just want to be done and get a refund of what I paid
