On May 1,I ordered a jacket for my husband and received it within two daysThe jacket was much too large, so we asked for a return label on the day the jacket was receivedThey never sent oneOn May 8th we again askedThey finally sent us a address and authorization number [redacted] and a shipping address of Bloomfield Ave., Santa Fe Springs, CA The jacket was receive by them on May 11th (I have postal information) On May 29th I had not received a credit on my Capital One cardI called them and they refused to honor their terms of return within daysI put a dispute on my credit cardThe restocking fee keeps going upIt is now up to [redacted] and still I do not have credit returned to me from them.The entire purchase was for [redacted] I feel that this company is less then reputable and not honorable.I would like my money returned[redacted] Product_Or_Service: Jacket Order_Number: [redacted]
