Hello, I ordered three items from promo Stadium on 10/28/2014. The items were two jackets and a baseball cap. When I received the order the baseball cap was fine but the winter jackets that I had ordered were not what I had expected them to be. So I contact promo stadium and they gave me and RA# which is a number they must provide customers for a return. After I received the RA number I brought the jackets to the post office on 11/07/2014 for them to be shipped back to [redacted] by 2 day priority mail. I had a tracking number so I know that package got to the correct destination just a few days after I had sent it. Today's date is 12/22/14 and I am still waiting on my refund almost two months later. I have tried to contact promo stadium but I never get a response. The only telephone number I could find for promo stadium no one answers or returns your calls. The Jackets were 64.99 each and I had ordered two of them. I kept the baseball cap so that is not an issue. The cr for the order is #[redacted]. The Customer p.o. is #[redacted] The number of the jacket that I ordered was [redacted] this is a promo stadium number they should be able to identify the jacket from that number. The invoice number for this order was [redacted]Product_Or_Service: Two jackets and a baseball capOrder_Number: [redacted]Account_Number: [redacted]Desired SettlementI would like to get the total of $129.98 back for the jackets. I don't understand how such a large company can just steal from someone like this and get away with it. I will never order from this company again.
