just after delivery, stated that I should have the switch OFF, to properly charge the battery.  Therefore, I have tried both ON & OFF switch settings without getting the Solar Panel to charge  the battery to the correct 3.2 volts! Finally, please note the attached 2 page PDF states this product has a six (6) month warranty by P3 International Corporation, that should be in effect during this time frame.  In Minnesota, it can only be used for 3 months, before Winter sets in.Sincerely,[redacted]
