[redacted], and her supervisors at Prominent Escrow did not correct any mistakes they made. The name issue in the grant deed was not solved. There is no reason for me, the customer, - who paid for their "professional" services - to jump through all the hoops in order to correct their mistakes. My biggest complaint is, how could they ignore a customer's reasonable request for months. Think about it, if they can ignore you without any response when questions come up, what else can you expect from these people?

Review: We bought a property in March, 2015. The escrow paper had a missed last name for one buyer. Our realtor emailed the escrow company an addendum to correct it. The escrow company emailed us a set revised document to sign. The escrow should be closed with correct names. The problem is, a month later, we received our title insurance with the missed last name. The grant deed bear the same mistake. We emailed, and called the escrow company many times during the following month. [redacted], our escrow officer, never responded. Until we emailed Ms. [redacted], the general manager, [redacted] finally emailed back and promised to correct it. Two months went by, nothing happened. [redacted] went silent again and wouldn't answer our email.Desired Settlement: Correct any mistake in the title and grant deed.
