On March 24, 2018, I was at the Prometric Center Test because I had been preparing for three months called the TOEFL. My test was scheduled for 8am and I arrived at the place between 7:40 am and 7:45 am. When I got there, I was informed that I couldn't take the test because I was only carrying my Drivers License and they would also need my passport, since I am not a US citizen. One of the unit's employees informed me that I could go to my residence and get my document, with the same, I could take the test, but the problem started exactly at this time; he did not inform me that I would have a time limit to make the journey between the place of proof and my house. I used the Prometric Testing service to schedule a nursing test I will no longer be taking and would like the fee refunded I filed for a refund for a test I will not be taking and Prometric has denied my requestThe case number is [redacted] and the reference number is [redacted] The cost of the test is $which Prometric deems non-refundable because of the "extensive processing work it commences immediately upon receipt of applications"I've not yet taken the test and made sure to contact them before they assigned me a testing siteHow are the costs deterimined? Prometric has charged me again for tests I have already paid for and taken Back around March of this year, I used this vendor for testing purposesWhen scheduling my test via their website, their system froze when I was in the middle of paying and scheduling my testIt forced me to close my browser and start the process over in which I was successfulLate last week I received an email telling me that the transaction that was essentially lost due to their system freezing was now going to be processedThe test has essentially already been paid for and takenNow I'm being double charged!
