orthodontic treatment in with another officeMs*** came
to us, said her treatment was
not successful, and in her own words "it didn't work"We offered to redo her treatment with
traditional braces and Ms*** agreed with it.
Ms*** refused to discuss her concerns with anyone in our office specifically requesting to
speak with Dr***Dr*** met with Ms*** and had a conversation with her regarding her
concernsDr*** showed Ms*** the difference the traditional braces had made and how the
treatment was successfulMs*** agreed, but claimed that she was promised zoom whitening
once braces were removedAlthough this was not part of her arrangement Dr*** honored her
request as a gesture of customer serviceMs*** was pleased and agreed to pay the remaining

On July 15, Ms*** came into the office to undergo her zoom whitening treatment;
however she refused to pay her balanceAs such, a refund of any sort would not be appropriate
as all treatment was provided within the clinical standard of care
The office seemed dirty, the rooms (which there was a maze of) were bare of any color and the furniture was worn and old. I made appt. For cleaning. They go through extensive Xrays, shuffle me to another bland room, Dr. Comes in, shows me old fillings that need to be redone. Next gal comes in to vastly go over billing. The treatment I need ranges from $400+ to $2,500 out of my pocket, with of salesmanship going on. They can replace the fillings right then. No cleaning is set up for me even though that's what my appt. Was for. They put these dirty sunglass on me and started drilling and drilling. Three hours later I'm let go. The next day I don't feel good, the next day I am in so much pain I can't think. By the 3rd day my cheeks are swollen like a chipmunk and I am very, very sick. Review: I have entered in a contract with Promenade Dental Orthodontics, they agree to perform Invasilin on my teeth and close the gaps and line them up perfectly and close another tooth, and other issues, they did this process and ignored even more my teeth issues as I had to extract one tooth during the process which was so neglectful from their part. Their process did not work for me for a long time, after many trials, while I suffered the long wait, waste of time and their denial,I believed they dragged this to collect the money from even knowing it was not working. In spite of my complaints that the process was not working with me, they kept pushing it, I believe they did not know what they were doing, out of a sudden the doctor who was looking after my treatment left and his pro mess with the outcome of my teeth left with him. They forced me to sign under duress documents threatening that if I don't do they would not finish the treatment. They switch me to braces something way cheaper than Invasilin and I asked for a refund or my money back. The outcome is not as I expected, my teeth did not come out as they pro-messed they would and I did waste over $4000.00 on this crappy treatment. While I was treated, I suffered all kind of mistreatment, abuse, discrimination, and harassment. When I asked them repeatedly to give me my money back they refused. When I asked and spoke to the owner she said to me that the only recourse I would get is if I contact the doctor who treated me and who happened to have left to Florida, but she would not give me his information, nor his phone number, nor his whereabouts. I am left with no answers and with my teeth not being the way they pro-messed me they would be. I have a contract with them that states they would perform the treatment and It would work and the facts are different that what is in the contract. They breached the contract and they under deliver, did not deliver what they promessed me, I am asking my money back and any remedies applicable in this matter.Desired Settlement: Since they did not do as promessed and they switch me to something cheaper and the outcome is not what they promessed me and since I am not happy with the service and I am extremely disappointed and upset how my teeth turned out, I am asking for my money back. My lower teeth are crooked now even worse than they were. My money back and any other remedies.
