ProMED Healthcare Financing

This company is just the same as other company. They don't really know what they are advertising for. I called in prior to sending my application. I was told that they need four months of the company's bank statement and the application, which I sent. I also explained to them how a licensing of a home health business works. A company cannot bill [redacted] unless they get the provider number and that it is already in their system. Prior services before the certification is considered pro bono. Since we are fairly new, we will only start getting credits this month.
He (the account officer) then told me that he will let the underwriter know the situation and he seems to know what I was talking about. I proceeded with the application.
They even asked me why is there a deposit on Feb and not on Mar & Apr. I told him that its our personal funds not receivables (as previously stated).
Now I got an email saying that they cannot approve it because there should be a deposit of 20K every month on the account.
Well, first of all...I wont need a loan if I have a deposit of that much every month.
Next, I feel bad wasting my time doing the application, when they will turn it down for the reason I already informed them prior. Very Frustraiting.
