I had a massage with Celisa at Pro Massage, and she never asked me how the pressure was, so I let her continue onAfter getting massages for over twenty years, this was the only painful massage I'd ever hadWhen the massage was over, she was not there to greet me with water outside the room, and I left without seeing her againI called back about discomfort in my lower, left back, and they said she had gone for the weekend and would return after the Fourth Of July When we spoke over the phone after a three-day weekend, she said the pressure was not bad, and she gave me a Swedish massageShe was dismissive of my concerns, and she also said I might want to see a doctor and could have bone cancerShe also claimed I said it was a great massage afterwards, and I told her she wasn't even anywhere to be found when I walked out of the room, and I never said thatI tried to explain to her over the phone that I'm only trying to give you a "cause and effect" feedback from the massage, and instead she said I was arguing with her I finally just said, "Thank you and goodbye." Finally, as I looked on this establishment's website, they have only put up positive reviews from what I could find, along with massage therapists who are no longer thereI felt compelled to offer my feedback from my personal experience
