Hello ***, I am responding to complaint # ***We had emailed the customer directly on 10/24/using the email address provided, and today I attempted to make contact by phone, again using the contact information provided in the notice, and we have yet to receive a response from

I just got a final notice of complaint in the mail.  I contacted this person [redacted] and sent them a new drone over two weeks ago.
