Dear Revdex.com,Hello, Proline Pacific responding to a statement/complaint made by, Jay *** about his patio cover that we installed on 11/27/We have contacted and spoke to Mr*** about his complaint and have ordered the part needed to rectify the issueMr*** has agreed to
setting up a date for installation as soon as part is receivedThe issue was because of a defect in the material ordered from the manufacture used on installation, new part after replacement will solve any and all issues Mr*** may have.Thank YouSincerely,Proline Pacific
