Great product and amazing customer service.

I was pleasantly surprised when I received an immediate response to my request for a replacement fireplace heater insert. I was promised a replacement within three weeks. Hearing nothing I had followed up with six emails and have been totally ignored. I have tried to call - no answer. This is now going on two months - still no response to my requests. The weather is getting colder and I would like to USE my electric fireplace rather than appreciate the cabinet it comes in. My fireplace was a gift less than a year ago - very disappointed. This was purchased at [redacted] and they want nothing to do with the problem. Their response is to contact Prokonian. That would be nice if they would respond.

They never answer their phone I have been trying to get a heater replacement for 6 months .I went to the customer service website and a person responded to the email kept telling me the part was on its way and never came . Now they won't even answer my emails
