Review: I am writing on behalf of Diversity Church, located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We are a brand new church and had our first service on October 20, 2013. In September of 2013 we purchased a Hitachi CP-X5022WN 5000 Lumen XGA video projector from "Projector Team". In late November of 2013 the bulb went out during one of our services. Our pastor called the company and we were sent a new bulb. Upon installing the new bulb properly, the projector still did not work. Our pastor called the company again and told them about the situation. The company told him that since the projector was new that they would look into it and call us back. As of January 3, 2014 we have yet to hear from the company despite numerous (more than 8), attempts on our part to contact them. We still have the inoperable projector and have been greatly inconvenienced due to its inability to be used.Desired Settlement: Minimally we would like a replacement projector of at least the same quality or possibly one of a higher quality to help compensate for the inconvenience and loss of use. Another possible option would be the refund of our total purchase price and incidental charges (e.g. shipping, etc.), for the projector.

Projectors are warrantied for a full 3 years. I am only the company who sells the equipment I do not service or replace. I did get them a new lamp when theirs went out. I also sent them the Hitachi Service # which is 1 800 HITACHI. They can still get the unit fixed or replaced. Hitachi is the Manufacturer and they have until September of 2016 to get a new unit sent to them. Hitachi will not allow me to send them any equipment they need to get a Case # established and only the end user can get that not ProjectorTeam.
