Horrible customer serviceI purchased a new lamp from them in AprilThe 2nd time I used it it fused the lamp connector to my projectorI sent them pictures and asked if they would cover the cost of repairsAfter three months of many polite but ignored emails to them I finally got an answerNoI just wish they would have saved me the hassle by telling me right away so I could have repaired my projectorAs it is I've been watching movies on my laptop for the last three months

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

I did not come up with the idea of the ballast being bad, this was something that the bulb company suggested to me, and they said that it COULD be the problemI was merely restating in the email and phone message, what was said to me by them! The projector still works with the bulb that is in the projector nowI am not an expert on projectors nor bulbs and as such I can not offer an opinion on any projector or bulbHowever, I do expect the companies that deal with projectors and bulbs to be somewhat of an expert on the items they sellThis just sounds like an excuse from the company to stick people with items that they don't want to deal with and in the process make the consumer sufferThis is an example of terrible customer service and I will be sure to spread the word to my friends and cohorts! I hope they can live with the consequences of basically stealing money from their customers! Thanks for your efforts
Horrible customer service. I purchased a new lamp from them in April. The 2nd time I used it it fused the lamp connector to my projector. I sent them pictures and asked if they would cover the cost of repairs. After three months of many polite but ignored emails to them I finally got an answer. No. I just wish they would have saved me the hassle by telling me right away so I could have repaired my projector. As it is I've been watching movies on my laptop for the last three months.
