I agree with the previous reviews.. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. I ordered the calming pet bed. It's a piece of junk. There is NO filling in the bottom. The fabric is fluffy.. but doesn't have any padding in the bottom so it sinks right to the floor.
I order to return, it has to be in the original packing.. which is impossible since I had to cut it to get the bed out.
Please save your money.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I was unaware that the product was coming from China. I ordered a dark gray dog bed late at night Eastern Standard Time. By the time I woke up in the morning I had received confirmation that they had substituted a different color. I immediately canceled the order but it was too late! It came shrink wrapped without a packing slip. I took it to the post office that day and “Returned to Sender.” Later I went through over fifteen text exchanges with their customer service rep. She offered to send me other miscellaneous things, but WOULD NOT RETURN MY MONEY that they had taken from my account!! This was NEVER resolved and I lost over $35! They advertise their customer service in their ads and “easy returns,” with satisfaction guaranteed! DON’T BELIEVE IT! I contacted PayPal, but they would not support me because there had not been a packing slip and once returned I no longer could provide a mailing address! Save yourself the cost involved and STAY AWAY!

Buy Made in America!
I will pay more attention to who I order from now on.
Such a disappointment

Terrible, highly disappointed. Not getting any support on the order I placed. Have no tracking number provided on my order that should have been delivered over two weeks ago. I requested a cancelation for refund and got denied. Project lvl is a scam company. I do not recomend anyone purchase anything from this company.
