Consumer called Revdex.com stating she has not yet received a check from Project

As of today, Brian G*** of project have not reimburse me for I believe he filled out an envelope with an incorrect zip code to have proof he attempted to send a refundMy question to you? Did he send you a copy of the check? If the check was returned, why didn't he not bring it to my home? I don't believe he has an intentions on sending a refundPlease follow up with me via email or mail.I may have to take legal action against him

To whom it may concern.The customer paid a deposit of $by credit card, and she requested a credit card refund, being that the transaction was done several months earlierWe didn't have her credit card info on fileI offered to mail her a certified check or money order she agreedI mailed
the certified check she agreedI mailed a certified check (see attached) to the address I had on file which apparently was not the correct address or the wrong zip codeThe customer didn't believe me and filed a complaint with the Revdex.comI have since spoken to the customer and I will personally deliver the check and have her sign a receiptI hope to have this satisfactorily resolved within the next week.Brian
