Review: I ordered products by the name of [redacted] by [redacted] supplements on this site with a priority day deliveryAfter days I requested a shipment number and received it but only later to find out days later it was not sentI continued to contact via email and was told the supplement was on hold by the Customs Border and ControlI continued to contact them and was forced to changed attitudes about the matter for I felt as if I was being given a run aroundI ordered the product and it was said to be in stock in the first place so why is it out nowToday I visited the website and they now have a online special for a significantly lower price than I initially purchased for the itemMy order has still yet to be sent but they have a special now on it with the product in stockThis cost me a total of $and I'm assuming it will be some time before I see this money againI have all emails from this website on file and would be more than happy to show them for validationI'd like to get this problem solved for I'd be more than welling to provide the money in order to shut this scam to a close and save others.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome of this situation could simply be resolved by receiving products ordered

Review: I ordered a few products from them online on Saturday, March 22nd. I received an email that the product has shipped with a tracking number. My card has been charged, but the status of the shipping remains unchanged. This has been 5 days. I emailed them a few times with no response. I even called them but no one answers the phone. If these items are on backorder or if there is an issue with the order, they need to respond to me and address it. I know these folks aren't registered with the Revdex.com, but I want others to be aware of potential issues they could face with this company.Desired Settlement: I really do want the product, but if they are unable to deliver I would like a refund. If they refuse, I will have to dispute it with my bank.

Review: I ordered two products from Prohormone Warehouse. One arrived in a few days with no packing slip and no mention of the other product being backordered or drop-shipped. I tried repeatedly calling the customer service number (only active between 3 and 7 PM weekdays and 10 - 7 Saturdays) and never got an answer or call back. The second product eventually showed up nearly a week later (drop shipped from the manufacturer), but it was the wrong item. I sent several emails that were never responded to, and I called dozens of times and never got an answer or a return call. In my opinion, PW may provide some of the products they list on their site, but the buyer engages in business with them at their own peril since customer service is non-existent at this company.Even more odd is that I was sent a business card seemingly by the "Manager", one [redacted]. Whether this is his business or he is just an employee, it is a cruel joke to send a business card that invites contact when there is clearly no contact to be made.Desired Settlement: I would like to return the incorrect product for a full refund if the product I ordered is not available.
