Tim at Proguard Restoration was friendly and honest. His crews showed up on time and did an excellent job. I had a specific request to not only have the shingles replaced, but also the decking changed out from oriented strand board (OSB), also known as chip board, to plywood. Tim asked me why I wanted to do this and I told him it was because the OSB was sagging between rafters and because I wanted to bring my house up to the new hurricane wind resistance code. His team was able to do the re-decking in only one day and were able to get the complete job done in three work days. I was able to get my homeowner insurance cut in half because of the wind mitigation inspection report. I have already recommended Proguard to two of my neighbors who also experienced hail damage. Last comment -- His price was also the lowest one with excellent ratings from BBB, [redacted] and [redacted]

Representative assisted me in filing a claim on my roof based on damage he claimed to have seen When insurance company pushed back he became unresponsive and seemingly disappeared I would not recommend based on my experience
