We've owned the house a few years. Glad Progressive Roofing came in when they did... We could of had a lot of awful surprises on an old tall steep roof that suffered tremendously from harsh Chicago winters. He assessed our roof, we picked out shingles, felt, all the details and wants and signed a contract to start based on weather. Rain postponed the job but Arturo and the crew started early on a rain free day with a tear down and replacement of wood rot - with new wood and new insulation ... then came the felt, ice guard, replacement of a whole house vent, a new hole for a bathroom exhaust vent, shingles and new gutters...Arturo was there hands on to assist with last minute needs. The crew cleaned up nicely on our side and on both the neighbor's sides and all in one day. Very good work. I was very picky and observant the whole day... and was satisfied at the end of the day. Their gutter guy did a great job with new gutters and covers! I would recommend Progressive roofing.
